About Our Exclusive Apartment
The open kitchen features a stove, baking oven, a microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espressomachine and toaster. WiFi are available throughout the house. The 7 x 3.5 m pool is situated in the front part of the well-tended garden. A shower with hot water, Sun loungers and pool towels are provided.
A parking lot is available in front of the house.Please confirm with your hosts if you need cleaning service at an additional cost (about € 8.00 per hour).The beach of Novi Vinodolski is about 6 km away, smaller shopping can be done in about 2 km away in Bribir, large purchases can be made in the towns of Novi Vinodolski or Crikvenica.
Leisure activities: swimming, horseback riding, diving and tennis school, table tennis, mini golf, bowling ara available about about 6 km away in Novi Vinodolski.

The healing properties of the air coming from the mountain slopes of Velebit make our specific microclimate suitable for all our guests and especially for asthma sufferers.
2. Peace and quiet
Villa Vallis is located in the beautiful landscape of Kričina, a small village with only a few private homes, which guarantees heavenly peace and quiet all day, at times interrupted only by bird songs or an enjoyable lively breeze.
3. Close to the Adriatic coast
After a 10 minutes pleasant drive you will arrive at the beautiful Croatian coast where you can enjoy all-day swimming and sunbathing, night walks or Croatian food and drinks in good restaurants.
4. Close to the mountains
If you want to freshen up and walk in a pleasant mountain air during your stay at the Villa, there are numerous walking trails that begin right behind the Villa leading to the tops of the adjacent hills. Also, after a 20 minute drive, you can reach the beautiful slopes of Gorski Kotar at an altitudes of more than 1000m.
